Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will successfully lead our dynamic and innovative projects, and contribute to achieving our goals by prioritizing customer and team satisfaction. The main responsibilities within this position include:
Project Management: Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the specified quality standards.
Team Coordination: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to distribute tasks, ensure communication within the team and increase performance.
Customer Relationship Management: Understanding customer expectations, providing solutions that meet their needs and increasing customer satisfaction.
Risk Management: Anticipating potential risks in the project process, taking preventive actions and managing crisis situations.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas of improvement in project management processes and developing strategies that increase efficiency and quality.
Required Qualifications
Applicants are expected to have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
8+ years of experience in project management
Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 are preferred
Experience working with cross-functional teams on complex projects
Strong skills in time, budget and resource management
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage risk and crisis situations
Good command of English in written and verbal communication
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A team-oriented, customer-focused and deadline-oriented approach
High level analytical thinking and organizational skills.
